Digital Products & No Refunds Because our products are highly customized digital portraits created specifically for your pet, we do not offer cash refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been placed and the design process has begun. All sales are final.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Unlimited Revisions We believe that you will be absolutely thrilled with your pet's portrait! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the initial artwork, we offer Unlimited Revisions. Simply reply to our email and let us know what you would like changed. We will continue to revise the artwork until it is exactly what you envisioned, at no extra cost.

Delivery Time Your high-quality custom digital portrait will be delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout in less than 1 hour.

Order Cancellations Because we begin working on your custom artwork almost immediately to meet our 1-hour delivery promise, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
