Physical Shipping: We do not ship physical products. No physical prints, frames, or merchandise will be mailed to your physical address.

Digital Delivery Time: Your final high-resolution custom digital portrait will be securely delivered to the email address you provided at checkout within 1 hour of completing your purchase.

Receiving Your Order: You will receive a secure email containing your high-quality digital artwork file. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.
